How to Return?

Step1: Email us at contact@dmstickers.com to process a return or exchange.

Step2: We will then sent you the return address and instructions by email.

Step3: Call the post office to arrange a pick up or drop off at your most convenient post office.

Step4: Send us a proof of postage (receipt or tracking number) for immediate processing of return or exchange.

Step5: Upon receiving your returns, a refund will be processed within 48 business hours.

 

What do I need to know before returning?

1. Return or exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges are also nonrefundable.

2. Returns and exchanges must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

3. All returns must be received in their originally condition (undamaged).

4. Returns without proof of postage will received a refund/exchange after our warehouse receives the return.

5. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return, you should only send it to the address we have provided for you.

6. A full refund will be processed for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped orders. Proof of Damage” must be provided to validate the refund.

7. We accept refund for products which are not broken but the customers want to return because they changed their mind about the purchase.

  

Exchange or Cancel Order

If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 48hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that has been sent out cannot be modified or cancelled. 

 

Process Time of Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 48 business hours for you to get your refunds.

  • To deliver the product you ordered.

Our policy does NOT include:

  • Delivery times - as these are fulfilled by a courier. We can only provide you with an estimated delivery date which is a good indication of when you should expect your order, but not a guarantee. If your order is time sensitive, we advise you to contact first before making your order. 
  • Delivery if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
  • A delivery that is refused by the recipient or if multiple delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully.
  • Delays or damages in transit.
